Das Gastgeberinnen Team Mercedes, Jael und Saskja: Lust auf Ferien in der ältesten Stadt der Schweiz? Wir bieten ein gemütliches, ruhiges Studio, mitten in der Altstadt von Chur. Wenn du dich nicht selber an den Herd stellen magst, findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Haustür und Umgebung. Das Angebot für Freizeitaktivitäten ist gross und vielfältig. Am besten reist du mit dem Zug an, der Fussweg beträgt 10min. Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe ist kostenpflichtig.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Location: The 5-family house, built around 1900, is located in a sunny, central location with very good public transport connections, close to the toboggan run, entry portal to ski/hiking/bike areas Pradaschier-Lenzerheide-Arosa, post bus stop, post office, shops and restaurants, not far from ski lift, ski slope etc.

The middle apartment of the Alphüttli offers a large balcony with views of the mountains. It is spaciously furnished and can be combined with the Jägerstübli. Thus, up to 10 guests (including 2 sofa beds) space. (July, Feb. only bookable from Sat. - Sat.)

The most popular mountain bike trails start right on our doorstep. Close-by ski resorts include Flims - Laax, also Lenzerheide and Arosa. From Tamins, the slopes are easily accessible by public transport. Create memories in this family-friendly place!
