In short: secluded location, high-quality renovated, mountain view, absolutely quiet. Welcome to the Voss house on the rooftops of St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village at 1,128 meters in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienzer Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Tiny house b&b Gardens of the Ardo

The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Dolomitenblick Vacation Rental

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The modernly equipped 80 m2 apartment, with views of the Lien Dolomites for max. 6 people is located in a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Lienz. Various shops, children's playgrounds and an illuminated foot and bike path can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Ski resorts, golf course, outdoor park, Tristachersee , national park, are about 10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This nature cottage in Mörtschach, which is 100% independent, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You live in the freestanding chalet all alone, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very nicely furnished. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around making it live for families with children!

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
