Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.
