I recommend it to anyone who likes unusual places, interestingly architecturally. Vladimír offered to check in at a different time than the standard, so it was with checkout. Everything was perfectly prepared and matched the description and photos, I even think, she actually is an entire place and garden even nicer than in the photos 😊

Despite the freezing weather, there are opportunities for a great time in Polanica. The home had all the amenities, games, and books that gave us a break. I highly recommend this place, close to every experience

A great place that looks even better than the photos. It was very clean and there was everything you could want to clean - bags, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher tablets, everything you need. The house is very well equipped (dishes, pots, etc.), very large, great place for fire, sauna. The host is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Milan's place. He and his wife really did a great job on the accommodation, it was roomy, clean and felt like coming home. The garden is also very nice, and has a spot for the guests to sit. Milan was very friendly, responsive and helpful, with good local tips. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

Wonderful New Year's time in an intimate group. A cottage prepared with extra care - a kitchen (better equipment than some in the house). Dishes, silverware, bowls throughout. can be used until the dishwasher is full. Prepared cosmetics, a first aid kit, and even hygiene items for women are a big plus. To greet us, we received a large package of coffee from a friendly roastery and a delicious jar of honey. The entire design of the cottage invites you to relax. Everything is tastefully decorated, thoughtful and Magda is a wonderful, warm person, helpful in everything you ask and need. All in all, I highly recommend this place where you will feel great thanks to the owners of their passion and commitment.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed – well-equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine (though we didn’t end up using it, it was great to have it available). The sofa was comfortable to sleep on, and the sauna was a fantastic bonus – a real added value to our stay. There were plenty of games available for kids, both desktop and PlayStation, and having access to Netflix was a nice touch. The neighborhood and apartment complex were quiet, and the parking space was spacious enough for our car. The area is very walkable, and the town itself is charming and offers plenty of things to do and explore.

Everything went smoothly, the hosts were nice and always available, the apartment corresponded to the photos and was perfectly clean on arrival. In my experience, the kitchen equipment is above standard.

The host lives the first floor. It doesn’t bother us at all. We have our own privacy. If we need assistance the host is nearby. The surrounding area is so quiet. If the weather is great, you can see the stars right from the window. The breakfast is a must. We have great time in Arie and Gertie‘s home. Thank you!

The place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house , all clean, fully equipped. There are also a few attentions from hosts. Hosts are very welcoming and kind. The environment is quiet, the accommodation is next to the bike path and the Hradec Králové forests. Perfect location for bike tours to the surroundings of Hradec Králové. Highly recommended!

Arranging with a friendly and flexible owner, from start to finish, very pleasant and relaxed. The whole process of checking in and executing the entire apartment that breathes home, right in the middle of the city, was quick and packed with all the necessary information. Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

Great location of the apartment right in Dolní Morava, but at the same time in a quiet location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We'd love to come back.
