A beautiful apartment in the midst of nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very practical. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

We had a really great time on our beach holiday. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for your kindness in welcoming us and for the information to help us settle in the area.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Accommodation a few steps from the sea, spacious, minimalist and clean. New appliances and everything in perfect working order. Valerio, a welcoming and very responsive host, always responds to messages and if there are problems, he solves them within a few minutes without creating further inconvenience. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday even with children. An apartment that allows you to live an experience in peace and enjoy the spaces.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Serena and Domenico have been lovely hosts. We enjoyed the stay so much. Their beautiful villa is spacious and the garden with sea view is just fantastic. We had our own parking and Nico gave us fresh lemon from their garden which we used to make our own lemonade. It was fantastic. The villa has a lot of charm and so we felt like in a romantic Italian movie. They provided us with everything we needed for our baby (crib and highchair). We would definitely stay there again. We spent two great weeks at Marinella. The reception was super warm. We received a lot of help and great recommendations from Marinella and Anthony. The Antique Mill is equipped with everything you need. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We had minimal internet reception at times. I had a mobile router with me, which was mounted on a fishing rod, and so WiFi was available for googling and sending pictures. There are beautiful brown trout in the river by the house. The post office for the fishing license is directly on the street. We would like to thank you again and hope that we will make it to the antique mill again.

We know Porto Maurizio well and Marcello's apartment is really well located. Tastefully furnished, it is located in a very quiet and picturesque area. We would highly recommend.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! A truly superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts from her lush garden (sweet and juicy lemons and grapefruits). The location is enviable for its panorama and tranquility, while the swimming pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem in the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year, the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the centre of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections, and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not in top shape. We were able to safely park our cars in the lower part of the house.

Magical places we spent a week of vacation able to enjoy the swimming pool which is very clean and very pleasant. The hosts are extremely kind, they offered us tomatoes from their olive basil garden. Quiet and peaceful places. The homes also have air conditioning which is really appreciable. Thanks for your hospitality.
