If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Gerne würde ich euch Dresden Pillnitz seine und Umgebung näher bringen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Schlosspark, die Innenstadt ist mit Fahrrad, Bus oder Schaufelraddampfer gut erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomie gibt es in 300 m Entfernung. Pirna, das Tor zur Sächsische Schweiz, liegt fast vor der Haustür. Hoffentlich habe ich euch neugierig gemacht und wir sehen uns bald, bis dahin Grüße von Anemone.

The property is located in a Gründerzeit villa. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to "Saxon Switzerland". The Baroque castle Pillnitz is about 3 km away. The rehab Klinik Kreischa and the horse racecourse are located in the catchment area. SBahn 10 min to the center. Good starting point for a drive to Prague. A blueberry plantation is in the immediate vicinity. The gasometer with its numerous exhibitions is 3 km away.

Our cozy basement apartment offers everything needed for a nice stay in Dresden. The apartment is very centrally located. The city can be reached quickly by bike or tram. Bus & tram stops are about 2 minutes walk away. The Elbe can be reached through the historic Johannesfriedhof in approx. 10 minutes. Saxon Switzerland can also be reached quickly. Shopping such as bakery and supermarket are also within walking distance.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour. Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
