We had a great stay at Alan’s place. Great location, very quiet, clean and comfy beds. Alan was great to communicate with and very responsive. Lots of tram options and close to South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Village, etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Cozy place in heart of Docklands. Easy to check-in and check-out.

The place was advertised (pictured) as it is, perfect for us. Hubby was exceptionally happy because of the toilet, (has seat warmer, auto bidet and lots more— which he wasn’t expecting). Enough space for a couple and a small child to rest after a long day of outside activities. Kitchen has the basic needs. View of the dockland was calming and enjoyable as you can watch boats/cruise at night(my son really love it) We have enjoyed the warmed jet pool in the afternoon which is part of the amenities. Parking is free which was a big plus for us. Overall building cleanliness is up top. Host was very attentive. Check in and check out was smooth, no issues whatsoever. Tram station is 2-3 minutes walk. LOCATION IS A STEAL FOR THE PRICE! Would recommend to family and friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Had an amazing stay at Queenie’s place! The apartment was cosy, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication was spot on the entire time. We booked this place for 4 nights on our honeymoon and it was totally worth it. The apartment was way bigger than we expected from the photos, and the balcony had an awesome view. Location was perfect—just 3 mins to the tram stop, and the ride to the city was only 15 minutes (and free!). The place had everything: comfy bed, full kitchen, even a new washer/dryer. Seriously, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The hosts were really nice too—they gave us all the local tips upfront so we didn’t have to Google everything. Best part? On our last day, we wanted to squeeze in some shopping, and they let us check out late. Lifesaver! 100% staying here next time we’re in Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
