So convenient and great size for our group

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Great clean and tidy place

The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, immaculate and modern. We were thrilled with everything. The hosts were always responding to our queries in a very timely manner and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Alan’s place. Great location, very quiet, clean and comfy beds. Alan was great to communicate with and very responsive. Lots of tram options and close to South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Village, etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

We had a great stay! The place was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It was perfect for our group and made for a very enjoyable experience. While there were a couple of everyday items missing, it didn’t take away from the overall stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

My family had a lovely stay as the place was well maintained and very central to Yarraville which is what we wanted. Had a small issue with the rug in the lounge room but it was very promptly and graciously dealt with by Hanna.

We would definitely recommend the apartment to our friends & family when visiting Melbourne

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. A fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped—every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials, toiletries, pet friendly items such as toys, food bowls to additional USB wall plug. You can tell the host really cares about guest comfort. Highly recommended!

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. Yarraville is a happening place with lots of good eateries and Melbourne city centre is an easy short rail trip from Seddon station - 6 or 7 minutes away. Highly recommended! Chris

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

It was a pleasure to stay at Chris’s place. It’s the perfect spot in Melbourne, and the place is full of personality, as well as very spacious and livable. Chris and Grant were very friendly and accommodating, and I would highly recommend staying here if you have a chance.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. Gorgeous Gerty's was a great house in a brilliant location. We felt very at home and the house was clean and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable and there was everything we needed in the house. We loved being right in the heart of Fitzroy and definitely made the most of it. If I could have had one thing, it would have been some comfy seating, maybe in the front room where the typewriter lived. I will definitely come back to the house on my next visit to see my children.
