Hannah's Thatched Cottage

Hannahs thatched cottage (pet friendly!) is one of the last remaining original thatched cottages in Inishowen. The cottage has recently and lovingly been restored to the highest standards. Hannahs is a perfect base for those who are looking for an adventure, surrounded by some of Irelands best hill walking trails, cleanest beaches and most breath-taking scenery. A 5-minute drive to numerous award-winning restaurants and cosy pubs and just a 10-minute walk to the village of Clonmany.

Ideal for families, singles, couples, grandparents and friends who love the sea, walking, heritage, wildlife and the outdoors. 3km from the popular village of Portsalon with its pier, bar and famously beautiful Ballymastocker Beach. Mary's cottage is a (pet friendly) traditional thatched Irish cottage that has been carefully restored and is fully heated with all mod cons. Features such as the bog oak roof, open turf fire, flagged stone floor and antique pine furniture create a timeless and relaxing atmosphere. Mary's cottage is featured on the stunning 'Wild Atlantic Way' and is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Urris Hills and beaches.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
