It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of our villa is the stunning outdoor area, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and olive trees.

Mjesto je na kojemu možete uživati u miru i svježem seoskom zraku a u blizini grada Rovinja, te smještena samo 3 km od gradske plaže Cuvi kao i do centra grada. Parkinga ima u izobilju te je sve pošumljeno sa hrastovim stablima. Okružena maslinicima i 10000m2 šume kao i 3000m2 privatnog dvorišta, vila je doista smještena usred zelenila.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
