We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

We spent 10 days in this lovely house and had a great time. The house is very tidy, the village is small and quiet, and the neighbors are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and had a very relaxing holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Gordana was a very nice and great host :) Can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost right on the marina, 15-20 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, by car or a bike you can get there in a few minutes. My dog also felt comfortable ;) Thank you for the beautiful days - and also the homemade jam was delicious. Gladly again and fully recommended! :)

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Great place, very clean and well decorated The landlord is a very nice and helpful person, you can always come back to him. Checking in and out was very easy and pleasant. All around a nice stay. Can only recommend it.

Our stay with Kristina was just perfect. We arrived as a couple with a dog and felt comfortable in the accommodation from the first second. The contact was easy and hassle-free and very hospitable! The apartment is tastefully furnished and the fenced garden is a beautiful retreat to end the evening with a glass of wine. It was a wonderful short break for us and we would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

The stay was lovely. We had a great time staying in the apartment. It was big enough for 6 people and we had everything we needed. Anton was always reachable and very helpful.

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

It’s a beautiful house, with a lot of space inside the house, and around the pool. Elizabeth is very friendly It’s a quiet place and you have to drive around 20 Minutes to the ocean, or to a town, but it’s totally okay. The Pool and the dining lounge is amazing. We, as a family, loved it here

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful holiday and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

5 stars across the board! The house is well equipped. We had everything we needed. The living area is really big. The beds were very comfortable and all three bedrooms have a separate bathroom with shower. The garden is also huge, which our children especially liked. It is particularly worth mentioning that the entire house was really clean! Right next door is a small playground and a paved, fenced sports field with football/handball goals and a basketball hoop. There is even a switchable lighting. Franko and Nensi were always easily accessible to us and immediately took care of all concerns. We were greeted super nicely with welcome snacks and drinks. In the location, everyone must be aware that you basically have to drive for excursions, restaurants and shopping, but that was not a problem for us. Thank you, Franko and Nensi, for letting us be your guests :-) It was a great holiday!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house nothing to say , just I recommend it go ahead , Meri is adorable and very welcoming. Peaceful place and close to the sea
