The charm of the city centers of Dives sur Mer, Cabourg and Houlgate is within walking distance. The sea can be reached in 10 min on foot thanks to a pleasant pedestrian/bicycle path along the Dives. From 6/1 to 9/30 access to a heated pool in the condo residence. It is located 20 m from the accommodation. Sheets and linen provided upon request.
