Le "Loire" est un appartement calme et confortable au cœur du bourg, à 20 min de Nantes. À pied : commerces, restos, boulangerie… Idéal pour couples, pros ou voyageurs solo : salon lumineux avec canapé-lit, cuisine équipée, chambre cosy avec bureau, salle de bain moderne, Wi-Fi, TV avec Netflix/Disney+. Parking gratuit. Tourisme : Balades à vélo ou à pied entre marais, bord de Loire, rivières et vignes. Patrimoine : maraîcher (la fameuse mâche nantaise) et le beurre blanc (né ici !)

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Gîte chez Ninon, the Garden on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers you direct access to the Loire à Vélo. This cottage, completely refurbished, offers you a garden with a terrace. Inside: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed. The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, TV and wifi. sheets and towels are provided.

Poetic cottage between vineyards, the Loire and a mill

Welcome to our home We welcome you with joy for a stay among vineyards, mills and the banks of the Loire. Have a coffee facing the vineyards, enjoy the calm of nature, admire the Loire Valley from our hill, hike on the GR, discover the banks of the Loire by bike... this is what drives us here! Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Studio near Bord de Loire

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 min). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

Countryside apartment

Apartment in Longère on the 1st floor located in the countryside with a large living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace on the ground floor equipped with a garden furniture and barbecue. The accommodation is 60 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, 25 minutes from Clisson (HELLFEST), 20 minutes from Zoo de la Boissière du Doré, 15 minutes from Marché de Vallet etc......

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. A deux pas du bourg de la Chapelle-Basse-Mer. Studio de 30 m2 avec chambre en mezzanine et petit balcon. Nous ne fournissons pas le linge de lit et les serviettes. Nous avons connecté une clé fire TV à la télévision, vous pouvez vous y connecter avec votre compte amazon. L'antenne de la télé ne fonctionne pas.
