Cozy mini apartment (approx. 18 sqm) on the basement floor with natural light and en-suite bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes you can get to Stuttgart Central Station / Schlossplatz by subway. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Quiet apartment with a separate entrance. Fully equipped incl. kitchen equipment. One double bedroom. In the walk-through room there is an extra bed as well as an additional folding sofa in the living room. Thus, 3 people can be accommodated in separate rooms. Living room with TV and bookcase. Storage room with its own washing machine. New bathroom with large shower. Parking space available at the house. The apartment is close to Bosch and Geze. To the Stuttgart fairgrounds about 20 minutes.

Bright small well-kept apartment in a lovely location

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

It has a box spring bed with 120 x 200 and a sofa bed 140 x 200. Bathroom with fresh towels and a 65-inch TV. Wi-Fi, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, fridge, oven, stove, so everything so you can feel at home in this accommodation. Lidl is about a 7-minute walk, gas station 2 minutes, highway about 3 minutes by car.
