Super experience, the host is very helpful and the location is hard to beat. It’s my second stay and will surely return. Highly recommended.

location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

I had a great stay at Addisu’s place! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully updated with modern features. Addisu was a responsive and accommodating host, especially with check-in and check-out times. The location, right next to Walmart and the free parking available are great perks! The neighborhood reflects the area’s affordability, with occasional noise at night due to police sirens, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Overall, an excellent value for D.C.

I had an extended work trip for a month, and it was easy to feel right at home. Loved walking into fresh flowers, great snacks, and a beautiful, clean space— exactly as pictured! For extended stays, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and everything you may need. Richard even had a cleaning service scheduled halfway through my stay, which was a great refresh and reset for the second half of the trip. I have nothing but great things to say. The area is quiet, residential and walkable. Will definitely be keeping Richard’s place in mind for the future!

Great option for the price in a great location. A 10 minute walk from Union Station and many restaurants. Peaceful at night and a comfy bed to sleep in! The owners do live right above as stated, but it never was too noisy. Just bring earplugs to sleep if that bothers you and you’ll be fine! I also liked how spacious and clean the shower was and it was a plus to have coffee available and a water pitcher in the fridge. Overall, a cozy and safe spot in DC to stay!

Carlos and Lynn's 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit was great. Very comfortable, with good amenities, TVs in every room, a nice, well-appointed kitchen, terrific bathroom towels and large shower, and ample space for everyone. His responsiveness was excellent, and his communication was spot on. I highly recommend this unit.

This was a great space for our little family! It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and the zoo. Having a full kitchen, living room with working space, and laundry were huge bonuses of this spot. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Jesse's property was exactly as pictured. What isn't pictured is how amazing the location is. Close to public transit, close to stores, close to resteraunts and bars. The beds where also some of the most comfortable we have slept in many hotel and Airbnb stays. We would specifically look to stay here again next time we are in DC.

This is a really great location for a couple or family looking for good times on the town. So many great party and restaurant spots within 2 mins walk. But it’s somehow residential where the house is. House is perfectly set up for transit. The back parking was very convenient. Do pay attention to the owners advice about parking issues generally in the city. We had no real issues. We felt like the owner would be able to help us with almost anything, but I don’t think we really saw them ever. So that’s a cool trick too. I have no problem recommending this spot.

I just spent a week in DC for business and for fun. I loved this place: clean, quiet, well equipped, private. This is in a great neighborhood and close to a Whole Foods and so many restaurants. The host is always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Bonus (although I didn’t need it): a neighborhood parking pass if you have a car. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. The private parking space sealed the deal for us. If you know DC, you know how difficult parking can be so we loved that Selam had a private and secure parking that requires a code to get in. This made it extremely convenient for us. Sometimes we used our rental car, sometimes we used the Uber instead depending on where we were going.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. A beautiful neighborhood with a wide range of restaurants is within walking distance as well. Thanks again Celia!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

The stay was amazing, the place was super spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is great, next to dupont circle but super calm and peaceful. Would definitely come back

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

The four of us (two adults and two teens) had a lovely stay. The apartment is cozy, modern, and comfortable. Tons of amenities. Parking right on the street close to the apartment was easy with the provided permit. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities to make you feel at home. The hosts provided great recommendations and were welcoming and friendly. We found a lovely cafe right around the corner for early morning coffees (though the apartment has both a Nespresso and Keurig). We would definitely stay here again.
