The quality was about the same as the money. Nice host, the host prepared extra pillows and blankets as I requested.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

I had a comfortable stay, and the host was both friendly and responsive.

What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!
