Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. Great spot!

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

Bel appartement situé à 20 min du centre-ville d'HCM City. Fidèle à la description et aux photos avec de nombreux services à l'intérieur du bâtiment (piscine, salle de sport, gardien.....)

This apartment is absolutely perfect. All the equipment is working and the flat is clean and well decorated. Access is very easy and the pool is also very nice 😊

行程结束后过了好多天回想起来当时住的这个屋子有多好，猛然想起来还没有评价，过来留个好评。 屋子装修的非常棒，床也睡得非常舒服，一些小设计让人感到就像住在自己家里一样。 房东也特别好，帮忙推荐了不少美食，热情的在小区门口接待。 如果下次再来胡志明，真的会很想再住在这里。

Kai is met recht een superhost! Hij reageert snel, denkt mee en heeft de ruimte correct beschreven. Foto’s laten een juiste weergave zien van de ruimte. Het is een fijne plek waar je je thuis voelt in het drukke ho chi Minh!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. This apartment is a great spot from which to explore Ho Chi Minh City. Great restaurants, attractions, and events nearby. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, and great mattress was super comfy. Just be aware—as others have noted—that you are in the middle of a bustling city, so it can be a bit noisy. The hosts were super responsive, proactive, and left very clear instructions. We would definitely stay there again!

What a great place and Linh was the perfect host. Feels just like home, no details spared. Will be staying here again next time we are in HCM. This is a gem.

A nice place to stay for the 3 of us. It’s out of D1 but if you’re OK being based in D7, this is a good option. We have family near the apartment, so it’s sensible for us.
