The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

The biggest advantage of the accommodation is that it's clean. In addition, Binh's response speed is fast and problem-solving ability is fast. There is a distance from the city, but it's no problem at all to see Ho Chi Minh. It was a pleasant trip

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

After many days of the trip, I remembered how good the house I stayed in at the time, and I didn't think about it yet, and I didn't think about it, and I came to leave a good review. The house is very well decorated, the bed is also very comfortable, and some small design makes people feel like they are staying in their own home. The host is also very nice, helped recommend a lot of food, and was warmly received at the entrance of the neighborhood. Would really like to stay here again if I come to Ho Chi Minh again.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!

This apartment is a great spot from which to explore Ho Chi Minh City. Great restaurants, attractions, and events nearby. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, and great mattress was super comfy. Just be aware—as others have noted—that you are in the middle of a bustling city, so it can be a bit noisy. The hosts were super responsive, proactive, and left very clear instructions. We would definitely stay there again!

A nice place to stay for the 3 of us. It’s out of D1 but if you’re OK being based in D7, this is a good option. We have family near the apartment, so it’s sensible for us.

I spent 2 nights at this apartment in Sky89 and it was a great time. The building has good security and in good condition, many amenities such as Karaoke room, movie room, rooftop pool & sauna. The only thing is that you have to settle your car/bike parking spot because this area doesn't allow street parking, you can ask the security guard for a parking spot outside of the building, the basement of the building costs more if you don't mind. The apartment is spacious and minimal, they also provide water. Hosts are very responsive :)
