Pet-friendly holiday rentals in District 5

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

The host was very nice, helped us check in, and explained the amenities in detail.The accommodation space is large and suitable for large groups, each room has a toilet, no worries about usage.If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will choose to stay here again.

Very responsive and helpful host, with helpful explanations and recommendations. We had a little trouble finding the place at first and Thuong was waiting outside, looking out for us. She went out of her way to be helpful. Otherwise it was very easy to get in and out with an automatc pass card (with keycode option). The place was clean, as in the photos, quiet and felt secure - the area I noted was on some of the food tours of the city and is a good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Home is located right above a coffeeshop that operates for 24 hours. Great for a coffee when it's just below us. Lively place to live in as alot of young people hang out in the cafe. Room was very clean and new. Great experience.

Great, just that the guest bed is a little small

Very friendly hosts, replied fast and were very polite and helpful. Clear instructions. The apartment was very nice with lots of amenities including clean towels, hair dryer, shower gel and more. There is hot water for the showers, which were both very good. The view of the city was great from both bedrooms, I could see city buildings and part of the river.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ruby’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Ruby was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near local shops and attractions. We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Saigon. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful with a great layout that felt spacious and calming. The pool was a huge bonus—beautiful and relaxing—and the balcony made for a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth. A great option if you're looking for a restful place to stay while still being close to the heart of the city.

A great stay in Ho Chi Minh! The location is great and easy to get around, and it’s not far from the city center and the touriste attractions. The neighborhood itself is quite, with a great view over the skyline. The amenities (swimming pool and gym) are very nice, all with a great view over Ho Chi Minh. There are many restaurants nearby (Vietnamese restaurants and fastfoods such as Jollibee) and supermarkets. The apartment is very clean and corresponds well to the description. The host was also very responsive and helpful. A great stay, I strongly recommend!

Our group of 7 enjoyed staying at Amy’s place! We were greeted with a nice fragrance when we first entered the house and even the bedsheets smelled good! Place was really clean, making it a really pleasant stay! It is also conveniently located in D1, making it close to many attractions and stores a short walk or ride away. Although the house is in an alleyway, it is safe and the distance to the road for pick ups is not far at all! We had a good sleep since it was located at the end of the alley, away from the honking sounds from the roads. Hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, thank you so much for the delightful experience and we will definitely stay again if we go back to HCM!
