Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in District 4

The apartment is great in terms of a generally nice view of the cityscape and the lights at night with a lot of natural lighting during the day. It felt homely to me. The entrance in terms of the building is slightly sketchy and the lift is questionable BUT getting past that the place is great value for money and a short walk from Ben Than Market. Recommended.

The stay was incredible, one of the best areas to stay, I was able to sleep like a baby, I stayed for a full week and I passed Super fast, I would definitely stay there again, everything was very close from restaurants, to places of interest, everything could come walking, the communication was always very good and they helped me a lot, I hope to come back very soon

Hoai is a super nice helpful host. The place is super luxury and offer good price compared to other similar apartments around. Extremely happy and highly recommend this place :)

The location between Districts 1 and 4 made it incredibly easy to visit major attractions and famous restaurants, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable experience. The interior was clean, well-organized, and stylishly decorated, adding an extra touch of comfort to my trip. The bed was incredibly cozy, allowing for restful sleep, and all necessary amenities were readily available. Most importantly, the host’s kindness and attention to detail made the stay even more pleasant.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

The host is supper supper supportive and responsive. She responded to my message even when it was the mid night. She also allowed me to stay extra hours. Her home is very artistic and comfortable at the same time. You’ll find it very chill at night in that space when you see your favorite movies in a super big TV and with the window with a view behind. No comments on the location because it is in the city center which you can go anywhere in a close distance. Overall I love this place a lot. Will definitely visit this home again.

The host was very nice, helped us check in, and explained the amenities in detail.The accommodation space is large and suitable for large groups, each room has a toilet, no worries about usage.If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will choose to stay here again.

Felt like it was our temp home for the 2nd stay, for the end of our trip in Saigon. The place did feel like the same place we checked in at the beginning of our trip. This time around had their staff supported our checkins and registrations with the building securities upon receiving the apt. All good things we experienced in the first leg of our trip remained. Again, highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city. Really clean and comfortable with great facilities. Manuka and all of the women at the apartment are really helpful and friendly. The apartment is quiet, relaxing and modern. It’s also a really good location with restaurants, convenience stores etc nearby.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.
