Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 3

we had a great time at Trang's place. very central but still pretty quiet. Classic Saigon entrance to a nice apartment. Ben Thanh market and metro steps away.

It was very good place in the hearth of district 1. Some noise but it comes with the location.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. They’re a very helpful, proactive l, and responsive team. It’s a beautiful place and accurately described. I would definitely stay again.

Modern and comfortable room, small but cosy. If i were to make one suggestion it would be to soundproof the floors/ceilings cos it could be a bit noisy at times.

Stay was quiet and comfortable, The place has a nice spacious layout for 1-2 people and the patio is a nice touch if you smoke or want to relax outside. The only issue i had was the toilet has trouble flushing occasionally but besides that everything was good!

It was comfortable and the location was close to tourist attractions, so it was nice. The hosts were also very kind, so I rested well before heading out:)

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

Bin is very kind, the house is quiet and integrated into local life, about 20-30 minutes walk from the surrounding attractions.You can explore this city very well.There are many cafes and restaurants around.The taste is almost the same as the local one. It is highly recommended if you want to experience the local culture and style.The host is very kind, but does not interfere with my life excessively, and the house is open 24 hours a day.You can explore this beautiful city without stress, highly recommended

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Very lucky to have stayed in such a perfect room the first time I came to Ho Chi Minh.The room is newly decorated with a retro feel, making you feel friendly.The host is also very nice and will recommend a lot of local food and attractions nearby, which is very useful for first-time visitors.This is a room that Hu Zhiming will want to stay in next time!

This is a perfect place to come in with friends: most of Saigon's tourist spots are close by, it's right next to Bui Vien street. It's still far enough that you don't hear any noise from the street, and is very well maintained inside, and cozy. The surroundings may be off-putting for some, but it's a short way inside, and you don't need to go from Bui Vien street if you don't want to.

Fantastic, unique stay in the heart of Hoi Chi Minh City! Great for our group to rest after a hectic few days

This is locate by the park and has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Place is really clean and big. Very affordable for something in district 1. About 8-10 mins walk to “Cho Ben than” and nearby to new metro train station. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in D1. Also, there is a coffee shop downstairs. A lot of good beverages that doesn’t required long walk.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Amazing experience overall. If you are looking for a good time in Ho Chi Minh, this is it!

We had a nice four week stay. The bed, sofa and other furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure for the shower. When we had a few issues upon arrival, it was addressed immediately. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment had plenty of space. The building is very close to the metro which was easy to use. The building amenities were a bit disappointing. The workout room equipment was not working properly and was not well looked after. To use the pool you have to get the security guard to program the elevator. All in all it was a success!

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.
