Really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy getting to restaurants and there’s a swimming pool and bar downstairs. Loved all the staff of the connected restaurant downstairs. Great location.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war immer freundlich und immer hilfreich. Wir sind von dort aus zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen wiez. B. Das Kriegsrestemuseum ihrer einfach zum Frühstücken runter an die Straßenecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

The room mentioned is in a basement and really not convenient. i had to pay extra 400k for an upgraded room which was also not really awesome. All in all, it was okay. The host was friendly and responsive.

入住時間2025/4/28 -是全新的裝潢的房間,一樓還在裝修但並不影響到我們的居住品質,房間很新很漂亮,價格實惠,小小的缺點就是位置在熱鬧的區域,外面會有酒吧的噪音,如果想要早睡的旅客不太適合,但如果想體驗Bùi Viện街夜生活的旅客,這邊非常合適。

I would highly recommend. Very central location so it is easy to access everything HCM has to offer. The place has newly been refurbished so everything is pristine.

Tram ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Airbnb ist gut gelegen. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und man kann viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön gestaltet und entspricht den Bildern auf dem Profil. Der Check in ist simpel und die Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft ist leicht verständlich. Ich kann das Airbnb sehr empfehlen, insbesondere für Paare oder Alleinreisende.

Die Lage war top, super zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, etc.). Heisswasser in der Dusche hat super funktioniert. Das Bett hat stark geknarzt und die Vorhänge haben nicht abgedunkelt, weshalb es früh hell war im Zimmer, aber das hat uns nicht stark gestört. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer schnell und sehr freundlich, am 3. Tag wurde auch das Zimmer gereinigt und wir haben frische Tücher erhalten. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten, vielen Dank!

Nice place in the city center, convenient location and complete facilities.

Brand-new, lovely, aesthetic flat in a quiet alley of Bui Vien walking street pulse nightlife area of Saigon. So it is very quiet and restful for staying in the residence but when you walk half a minute outside, you can have all that you need outside (bars, restaurants, coffee shops,...) The flag is fully equipped with television, working space, high-speed wifi, good hot-water and powerful air-conditioner. The best point is that you can enjoy fully a profound and peaceful sleep thank to the 5* Dunllopillo mattress that after my stay I asked the host the brand of that mattress so that I can buy the same one at home. I will surely come back to stay here again

Great location! It can get a bit noisy at night since it’s right next to the walking street of D1. Best restaurants are within walking distance. The room was in its best condition. Amazing host — highly recommended!
