Holiday rentals with a patio in District 12

The place is very clean and easy to find. They has a huge TV with Netflix account on it so me and my spouse can spend movie time together. It is a duplex room but the ceiling is high so it's definitely not a minus point. Trang is a helpful host and quick response. We are extremely enjoy our 5 days staycation in this place.

I had to make a last minute reservation to extend my stay in HMC due to a missed flight. It was perfect for my needs and highly recommend Lan’s hospitality.

This is my first time to Vietnam so staying with locals is very important. The owner and his family were so enthusiastic that I couldn't leave and stay longer. I'm sitting in this spacious room, very comfortable for me and writing these lines. The house is far from the center but for me this was a plus. People who really live here. There are neighbors around and the life they live every day is very lively and I love watching it. If I come again, I want to come back here. It's like I'm home. I slept really well. The shower is very unusual and the house itself is unique. I am so grateful to have chosen this place for my first experience. Thank you. May happiness for this family ❤️ P. S. The place is so clean. There are no ants. The bathroom is also clean. The location is also really good. And there was a small difficulty at 11pm, and the host personally came and helped me. It was so good in communication as well. I really recommend it!!!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Everything was perfect

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Lisa provides a very nice apartment. Very clean, not too far from Ben Thanh Market. The gym and pool facilities are very good too! Easy access once you’ve find your way around. Thank you for hosting!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.
