The large, bright 3.5 room apartment (85 m²) is located on the top floor of an apartment building (built in 2016) and can be booked as a vacation apartment starting in summer 2021. The lovingly, modern, comfortable and fully furnished apartment offers unobstructed views of the mountain panorama. In the immediate vicinity are shops, restaurants, train station and seasonal bus station (e.g. to the mountain railways).

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The Sedrun-Cungieri ski resort is just a few minutes away and offers some of the most beautiful ski slopes in the region. You can also hike wonderfully in the surrounding area. After 10 km you will reach the source of the Rhine, Lake Thomas. Shopping options include Coop (about 800 m) and Denner (about 500 m) in the center. See you soon

Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
