Use of the sauna area is included in the room price as well as the use of the central sanitary area there. Organic breakfast can be added at any time.

The bed under the sloping ceiling creates a cosy atmosphere. The quiet location, the forest almost on the doorstep and the proximity to the Rhön and Fulda make the apartment a great starting point for excursions. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the balcony.

Claudia's lovingly fully furnished, about 40 sqm apartment, is located on the side of our house facing the garden in the center of Künzell, just a few minutes from the highway exit (A7) Fulda Mitte. In the garden there is the possibility to linger between apple trees and flowers. Within walking distance are shop, bakery, gastronomy beautiful park area. By car, bike or bus you are in a few minutes in the center of the beautiful city of Fulda.

Parking is available free of charge on the street. By car, you'll be in the city center in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.
