In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Built in 2021, the house is located in the heart of Oberhausen. The quiet apartment of approx. 35 m² is located in the basement and has a separate entrance. It has a sleeping/living room as well as a daylight bathroom and a kitchen with induction hotplate as well as a fridge and a microwave oven combination unit. Electric vehicles can be charged by prior arrangement.
