Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Wolltet Ihr schon immer mal auf die Seychellen und habt es bis jetzt nicht geschafft? Unser schönes Gästehaus, welches im Stil der Seychellen eingerichtet ist, wartet auf Sie. Es liegt gegenüber dem Haupthaus auf einem ca. 4000 m² großen Grundstück. Das Gästehaus befindet sich am Rande eines privaten Waldes (Waldbaden [Das bewusste Verweilen im Wald] und Lagerfeuer möglich). Das Schlafzimmer, welches sich im Obergeschoss befindet, ist über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen.

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.
