Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Optimal accessibility by public transport (train, bus, tram) and by car. 15 min from the city center, close to the ing ARENA, the Basilica. Free street parking.. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the center, without being out of the way; this is the perfect compromise to visit the Capital and its surroundings. It is located on the second floor of a small 1925 building ideally situated in the dynamic district of Chatelain. Perfect for 4 people. You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Bright apartment in a great location.

This studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay (new bedding, equipped kitchen, internet, etc.). It is on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator access located at the foot of the Basilica and close to several shops (grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.). You will find a tram stop around the corner and the nearest metro station (Simonis) will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. You can also easily park your car in the neighborhood.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.
