Diez apartment 50 sqm Lahntal with city view

Very nice bright 2-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will stay on 50 square meters in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You overlook the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach the shopping center, bakery, butcher, etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Completely renovated or refurbished. There are 8 furnished rooms, upscale (intervertebral disc mattresses) standard. Of these, 5 have a shower/toilet in the room, 1 (room no. 4) room with separate shower/toilet, as well as 2 rooms (room no. 1 and room no. 2) with separate shower/toilet. All rooms are equipped with a minibar, safe, flat-screen TV, wired and wireless Internet. A large shared kitchen with inventory is available.

Welcome to my half-timbered house from 1745 on the edge of Limburg's old town. A quiet little oasis with a sheltered inner courtyard and balcony awaits you – a cosy house with rustic charm, 84 square metres over 2 floors. There is a car park next door. Just a few steps away, you can reach the historic old town with its numerous cafés and restaurants and the beautiful cathedral. My natural cosmetics studio is located in the house. If you book in advance, you can be pampered there.

The town of Diez with the Count's Castle is only 20 minutes away on foot and the Hessian town of Limburg an der Lahn with its historic old town and cathedral is a maximum of 10 minutes away by car. Vacation on a modern houseboat on the Lahn. Enjoy nature and relaxation on the water. The houseboat is equipped to a high standard and has 2 rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and storage room. The highlight is the open living/kitchen area with terrace. The sliding doors can be opened on all sides to be even closer to nature. The houseboat is rented at the berth. Paddle boards and a small license-free motorboat can be rented.

The apartment is quietly located in the annex of our restaurant "Tacheles," directly next to Robert-Heck-Park. It invites you to relax and recharge. Feel at home, without work. But you are also a minute's walk from the old town and the Lahn, five minutes from the city center and ten minutes by car from Limburg. There are various sights, hiking and cycling trails in the vicinity and in summer all kinds of water activities.

Our charming house offers a cozy home with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Enjoy time on our terrace. Particularly noteworthy is the small garden, where various fruits grow that our guests are welcome to harvest. The cottage has 3 stylishly furnished bedrooms, which have been designed with a lot of love for detail. The living room invites you to linger and spend the evenings together with its cozy furnishings!
