In the living area there is a new kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. A comfortable sofa and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, and toaster. The separate bedroom has a comfortable new double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with extra pillows/duvets if desired. For more than 2 people, there is now an additional bedroom with a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 bedside tables and a sideboard. The bedrooms are connected by door. The apartment is equipped with towels, bath towels, shower mats, and bed linen. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.

The house is old and a slight basic note can be heard, which should be taken into account very sensitive people when booking. The furnishing is modern.
