Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Cozy apartment on the fantastic Ammersee for 1 - 4 people! Our house is in a quiet location on a 2,000 sqm ingrown property. The apartment is bright and cozy with views of the countryside. The train station, the Dampfersteg jetty and our beach with lakeside pavilion (food and drink) on Lake Ammersee are about a 9-minute walk away. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
