Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Diessen's district of St. Georgen welcomes you with a beautiful view of the Benediktenwand and the Voralpenland. The apartment is well equipped and also invites you to cozy evenings on the sun terrace. A good starting point for hikes around the Schatzberg with some opportunities to stop for a bite to eat. The Allgäu with Neuschwanstein Castle or Munich are easily accessible in about an hour.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

From the outside, you can partially see the house's age. Inside, it has been lovingly biologically renovated in recent years with natural materials. The spacious loft in the attic consists of an approx. 60 sqm open space with a small balcony and modern bathroom.

Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
