Cheerful hillside home in a quiet, wooded garden. There was nothing missing. Fabienne welcomed us very warmly and made us many proposals for outings and restaurants. To be booked without a second thought!

Florian was a great host who met us at the door to guide us in. He was very friendly and shared helpful local information. The apartment was great with a lovely peaceful courtyard. Great coffee from the machine provided. Shower could benefit from a shower curtain and soap.

A small, very comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, a few steps from the sea. You can admire the sunset on the water from the accommodation, and from the terrace which we enjoyed. Very peaceful environment in a beautiful site, from which you can embark on beautiful walks: cliff side to the south (Bois de Cise, Mers-les-Bains and Tréport), Baie de Somme side to the north (Hâble d'Ault, Cayeux, Pointe du Hourdel). Maria and Hervé gave us a warm and very friendly welcome, a big thank you to them for their flexibility and good advice (especially the Ault Petit Truck and its delicious homemade burgers, 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation). We will be back!

We had a great stay in a beautiful setting. This proximity to their different animals is very nice. We arrived after the birth of lambs and our daughter was lucky enough to bottle feed one of them (again thank you to Fabienne's daughter). Welcoming cottage with everything you need, comfortable bed. I recommend it.

A really great apartment with a great location and a great view. You are looking at a meadow with horses. The apartment was in very good condition and was very clean. You felt right at home. Everything about Richard’s place was just perfect. The location could not have been better and I think we were able to cover almost every square inch of the beautiful town of Rouen on foot stepping right outside the door. The apartment itself was very comfortable, super clean and well equipped. Relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful view was the perfect end to our 2 weeks of travel. Richard was so helpful with orienting us to the area and with great directions getting to and getting into the apartment. He was very responsive right from the moment we booked. Can’t say enough good things about our stay…. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us Richard!

the apartment is faithful to the description, the photos, even better in real life with this magnificent view of the sea.... it is decorated with great taste we found a very clean apartment where you really feel expected! nothing was missing! with little extra touches: small cakes, tea, coffee capsules.... the bedding was of quality, nice sheets awaited us, nice towels... Maybe it should be clarified that there is a staircase of about twenty steps before accessing the accommodation located on the 1st floor, for people with mobility difficulties... The only tiny downside... Many thanks to Hélène from the concierge for her warm welcome, and to Nathalie for this exceptional property! In a quiet area, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, we discover Christophe's cottage and immediately fall under its spell. Very beautiful vegetation and beautifully flowered, a real pleasure for the eyes. Ideal place to recharge and discover the region. Thanks to Christophe who is a friendly host and who recommended some nice walks. To be repeated with the sun. We recommend this little cocoon.

It is a nice house, equipped with all the necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by and you are in the center of Rouen. An ideal place for a holiday or to work remotely.

a very pleasant stay in Anne Françoise's accommodation. direct access to the beach is a real plus. Our children were able to have fun and enjoy themselves. I will recommend this accommodation to my friends and family and will be happy to come back with my little tribe.

Beautiful large french period home. Large apartment with all amenities provided. Very clean and comfortable. Enclosed private parking. A nice 30 minute walk into town. The bus is close by if you prefer. Anne Marie was waiting on arrival even though i was on the late arrival 10pm ferry. Lovely lady and not intrusive. Will stay again if i return.

There is everything you need in the accommodation, well arranged and with a parking space. 2 steps from the sea and easy access to the city centre, it took us 20 minutes on foot with 2 children. All right, I would recommend it.

We had a very good welcome on site, Stéphanie was very responsive to all our questions. the accommodation is very nice, convenient and in line with what we expected, a little far from the centre, but shops close by car. Super functional and very well equipped. I highly recommend it, we had a great stay.
