To the outside a private seated area awaits with wood burning hot tub to relax in after a day of adventure or leisure. .

If you are considering a visit to the New Forest, famous for its ponies, we are perfectly located for your stay. The seaside village of Hythe has a good selection of amenities and boasts a marina you can walk around. Visitors can freely see the activities on Southampton water from its promenade. Our accommodation comprises a new fully self contained upper floor apartment sleeping 2/3 adults. A Velux Cabrio balcony overlooks our garden. Diana and Jim are on hand to give you local advice.

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. Cottage on the Hill - Edge of The New Forest

Welcome to our Cottage on The Hill!. We are situated on Eling Hill opposite Eling Church andl Goatee beach, on the edge of The New Forest National Park. There are 2 bedrooms with a kingsize and a double bed. A spacious living room (with sofa bed), an open fire and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker,fridge and all your every day essentials. The luxurious bath room has a monsoon shower, fluffy towels and eco toiletries. There is a private garden and decking.

Flat close to the New Forest National Park

A ground floor flat on the East side of the New Forest. Ideal for singles/ couples who want to explore what the local area has to offer which is the New Forest National Park and coast line. *1/3 the property has a flat roof so you can hear the rain. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Water tank heats overnight, so not unlimited hot water. Local attractions include; Beaulieu motor museum Bucklers Hard Calshot/ Lepe Exbury gardens

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away, and from here you can take the Ferry to Southampton.
