Waterfront holiday rentals in Diamond Island

My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights and were very surprised about the building. It is very new and clean. There are everywhere security guys and only people with a card can come inside the building, so it gave us a very safe feeling. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed there. One of the hosts waited for us in front of the building and showed us the apartment. He was very polite and friendly. The building is not located in the center of HCMC so the surrounding is more quiet and you can still get easily into the city with a taxi.

This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

Excellent accommodation. The studio apt is small but has everything one needs for an extended stay. I loved the little patio facing the river. The extras really make it special. I didn't get to use the sauna or pools but the gym was adequately outfitted for a good workout. The markets on the first floor level had everything for making your own meals. There are good small eateries in the surrounding area. Grab delivers however google isn't always accurate. The host was very responsive upon arrival and communication was quick and thorough. I really liked this place and will make it one of my top choices when I visit HCM again. I only stayed 2 complete nights this trip but I could easily do a week or two here.

Area is nice and still developing. Just a 5 minute drive from the heart of district one. Place is nice, modern, and secure.

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

Great location in District 2 if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle center of Ho Chi Minh City. Took about 15-20mins to get to District 1 via Grab or Taxi. The accomodation was very clean and new with wonderful views from each bedroom and balcony. Plenty of restuarants and shopping malls within walking distance. Metro station is also 5 minute walk if you also would like to take the trains. Would highly recommend and definitely return to stay in the near future.

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Everything described about the place is accurate. Cleaned and a very communicative host. The neighborhood is calm with locals who are very nice. The location is a 15min walk from the center. I recommend this place!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Great place, clean and spotless. Jasmine and team were always very responsive. Quite a few supermarkets nearby. Very close to mrt station. Away from the hustle bustle of district 1, but very central at the same time. 16-20 mins to district 1 where most of the attractions are

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

Amazing place and nearby area. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s about an hour from District 1 so that might be a concern if you have limited time to see things, but it’s a superb stay for anything a bit longer since you have almost anything you’d need within a 5-10 minute walk. There’s also a free bus that can take you into the city. David was a flexible and helpful host as well.

It was really good accommodation but drinking water was not provided and rest all was ok

The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!
