Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dĩ An

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

Great accommodation experience

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

Absolutely loved my stay at KayStay! The place was incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful enough to relax. The space itself is beautiful, with thoughtful touches and a really cozy vibe. What really made the experience stand out was the host—super friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A tasteful and comfortable stay overall. The apartment was serene and well-equipped. However, the absence of Netflix on the TV and limited communication with the host were slight drawbacks.

Spacious and clean room. Strategic location, near mall and free bus that can take you to downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Very friendly and responsive host.

It was a family trip, but I had a really good time. Unfortunately, the infinity pool was under construction, so I couldn't go. The swimming pool on the 1st floor was also nice!

If I could say I have a home in Vietnam, then it would be this place. I had everything I needed right from the beginning to the very end. No missing amenities in this listing, as Evolet takes good care of this property and her guests’ needs and concerns by staying in touch to make sure you have what you need. I got sick during my stay, and she provided me with the necessary guidance to get the help I needed, as well as flexibility as I needed to stay longer due to illness. The flat is located a short walk from a big shopping centre and also the bus depot, where you can take a free bus to the city centre. All of these things made me feel quite comfortable. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation is top notch. Not in the centre, but quiet. The address is not clear to taxi drivers, so we had some difficulty finding the right entrance on our nightly arrival. Otherwise everything was great, including the pool and the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

It was a cosy and comfortable stay for 1 night. The host was friendly, flexible and very responsive to queries. Definitely worth considering again for a short stay. While the apartment is in a newer part of the housing development, it is within walking distance to the mall, restaurants and local supermarkets. During the evening, street vendors setup their temporary stalls which is also a short walk away. In the morning, a different set of vendors, including for breakfast, line the road just in front of the apartment.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
