This is a beautiful , cozy villa located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The interiors are thoughtfully designed and the place is very well maintained . The caretaker was available to assist us with our food requirements - we ordered meals cooked by his wife that were delicious and he also helped in finding accommodation for our driver in the vicinity . We enjoyed our stay at Koya , with the sound of birds chirping in the mornings and amazing valley views from both bedroom balconies. Would definetely love to revisit and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Panchgani esp with pets.

Visiting this place was incredibly peaceful and serene. Especially on the second day, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and fog that was worth every moment.Some highlights of the property include its private farm, where they grow strawberries, limes, raspberries, and various vegetables like zucchini, broccoli, corn, and cabbage. It was exotic to see these crops in person. They also had farm animals, which are rarely seen in our daily urban lives.The property features a scenic view of a lake and a sunset point, so you don’t have to go anywhere else to enjoy the beauty of nature. I would suggest adding signage to direct visitors. Also I recommend mentioning the additional pet charges in the Airbnb listing to inform other guests. A special mention goes to Sayyad, who provided exceptional service and was always available whenever required. Overall it was a great experience. If you are looking for a secluded place to spend peaceful time with your family this is perfect place.

I visited this place with my wife and 2 kids. This place was absolutely great place to be at. Initially we were little skeptical on location and stay hygiene but when we reached we were so impressed with the location, views from balcony and squeaky clean stay. Narayan uncle always available for anything you need. Proactively helping through out the stay. He also kept bread and milk for us when we got late and helped order food also in night. Actual room and hygiene is much better than pictures. We never felt we missed anything during stay. Every single details are taken care of. We would love to recommend and come back here on next visit. Special thanks to Narayan uncle for your hospitality. You are really a nice person. 😊
