Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

In this village at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, this 200 m² family farmhouse, renovated with respect for the building's original character and combining the charm of wood and local stone, will make you want to get together with family or friends, or simply stay for business trips. The cottage is equipped with fiber optics. Late check-out is possible to enjoy the house until 4 pm on the day of departure (subject to house availability).

Situated in a renovated barn in the heart of our caprine farm. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting in the countryside, this place is ideal for relaxing moments for families or groups of friends. Our cottage has been carefully arranged to offer all the comforts you need for your stay. With spacious and bright areas, it can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. Every moment spent here is an invitation to disconnect and conviviality.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!
