Awesome place to stay. Nice amenities. Nice region. Marais Poitevin next door. Good restaurants. La Rochelle and the coasts 50 minutes away. A great house to have a great holiday. But shh .....

Very charming and pleasant villa. Much larger in real life than it appears in the photos and well arranged. The pool is large and pleasant. In addition, our hosts Léa and Vincent were available and very responsive by phone during the stay. Not to mention flexibility for check-in/checkout times. Interesting point to improve, the availability of a little more equipment for daily cleaning, as well as a small instruction booklet for the proper use of electronic devices and appliances.

Beautiful home with beautiful volumes. Very nice spaces in and around the house. Ideal for children (ping pong table, swimming pool, badminton net, trempoline...). A beautiful surrounding countryside. Well organized welcome and effective communication.

Odette's house is simply great! It is cozy, stylish and also practical. Everything is thought of! We didn't miss anything. A great living and dining area with cozy lighting! A beautiful large garden with a covered terrace that offers shade and lights for the evening! During the day, the loungers invite you to Sun bathing. Our oldest son loved his bedroom and bathroom in the annex. We were also enthusiastic about the nearby communal pool, as well as the tennis court and ping pong table. It is a quiet place to relax and unwind. Around it there are plenty of excursion options, which Odette also has in her guidebook. We were in the Futuroscope - everyone loved it. If you have any questions, Odette can always be reached - but there is also a reception on site with helpful staff and bread service. All our children and we really enjoyed it here.

We had the most wonderful stay at La Petite Maison. The house and gardens are beautiful, exactly like the photos but even better. It is really close to the centre of town and yet completely private and very quiet. The pool was the highlight and we and our kids played in it all day, for the whole week. Everything in the house is set up perfectly, we simply had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much Emmanuel!!

We had a pleasant stay in this perfectly equipped house with many assets. A large choice of games and activities made our children happy. The exterior is very appreciable. The high heat allowed us to fully enjoy the private pool and terrace. We wanted to end our holiday in a quiet and relaxing place, we were not disappointed. Very good communication with Elisabeth who, despite our late booking request, was responsive and accommodating. Perfectly maintained rental and as per photos and description. We would highly recommend.

Great location surrounded by woods and sunflower fields. Big grounds for games and outdoor activities. Two nice pools. A few issues with pools during our stay, which we worked through with Stephen's support. House great but could do with a deep clean. Having two fridges and dishwashers was very useful. Games rooms could do with a refresh. Nice village and we were fortunate to be there during annual weekend fete, fun, with the best firework display we have ever seen. Relaxing and enjoyable and we would revisit. Good communication from Stephen when required, thanks 😊

Lynn and Paul are the best!! We had lots of fun playing soccer under the sequoia, swimming in the pool and drinking the fine rose wine of the area!! I’d go back TOMORROW!!

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I would recommend it.

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful family home! Everything was perfectly in line with the listing, clean, well decorated and very pleasant to live in. The location is ideal for meeting and enjoying a friendly moment. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Accommodation made for many, large kitchen, large table, swimming pool, badminton/volleyball court, barbecue, etc. Perfect bedding This quiet place allows you to enjoy nature while being with family or friends. I will gladly rent this place again when we invite friends or family to the area!

Guillaume was very available for our entire stay. I would definitely recommend Villa Coco, a typical residence in the region. The number of beds, the supply of indoor games as well as outdoor games, the heated pool and canoes are a real plus for this rental. This house is perfectly located for visits to the area but it is also quite possible to stay in the residence which is enough to itself. Thank you again so much for a lovely family holiday 😊

Perfect accommodation for a family looking for calm and rest, very good geographical location between land and sea , shops nearby! Very pleasant and spacious accommodation with all the necessary amenities! Young and old will love to feed the chickens ( Jeaninne and Suzie ) and pick up their eggs every morning! We had the most wonderful stay at Flavian and Nancy’s home. They made us feel very welcome and at ease. The house is beautiful and modern with some great quirky features. It is well equip with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and warm and very safe for children. The area was peaceful and had many great local shops and a big supermarket near by. The garden was private and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to holiday in this year.
