Cottage holiday rentals in Deux-Sèvres

While travelling for a conference in Niort, we stayed 5 days in Fabien's Airbnb. A small haven of peace where we could enjoy the pool and the terrace in the evening. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant 20 minutes from Niort. Fabien is very welcoming and responsive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it

Charming house, very atypical! Corinne was welcoming and attentive. We were lucky to have good weather, and were able to enjoy the terrace (smaller indoor space for meals). The four bedrooms are very spacious.

An extremely pleasant extended weekend in a place full of charm. Julie is cheerful, attentive and considerate. I've rarely seen such a hearty breakfast in other cottages. Likewise, we also tested the proposed meal: excellent value for money. Finally, the jacuzzi session in the troglodyte cellar ended up charming us. I highly recommend this listing.

Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The lodgings were wonderful, and their gardens are amazing!

The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped in a building that has a lot of charm and all in a very quiet environment. We were hosted very well and the instructions on how to use the various equipment were very clear. Special mention for the jacuzzi which is always nice. We would definitely recommend this place.

Julie is a remarkable host in terms of her hospitality, kindness and availability. She always has a smile on her face. The house is very clean, impeccable bedding and many accessories in the kitchen The place is quiet, the pool is large enough to guarantee nice swims The hot tub and petanque court add a pluses to this rental I highly recommend this place. It is about 2 hours from the ocean, 1.5 hours from the Poitevin marsh.

The setting is very pleasant with a view of the valley from the terrace. Quietly located accommodation. The pool and hot tub are a real plus!

It was a really nice week in the gîte rosiers. We enjoyed very much the nice surroundings and fun activities nearby. Super friendly hosts, they were always ready for us for help, fun tips and a chat here and there. It is definitely recommended!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose's place in Villefagnan, for many reasons. Yvette greeted us, showed us how to use everything, and answered all my questions and requests for help. Rose's home is very comfortable. Top quality beds, pillows and linens, empty dressers so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase, a fully equipped kitchen, the list goes on. The beautiful backyard, with grass, flowers and cherry trees was our favorite place to spend a sunny afternoon. And the village of Villefagnan is wonderful, too. The town square is 2 houses away, and the patisserie is just across the square, so we had fresh croissants every morning. Two restaurants, a bouchère, a corner market, Tobac, and a pharmacy make up the rest of the village, everything you need. There are bike roads in every direction, so our dogs enjoyed long walks every day. The locals are friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back.

Mariusz is a friendly host. He provided us with a bottle of champagne soon after we had arrived. This little house is spacious for 2 people, the lounge is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had stayed at two of Mariusz's houses before so we were sure the accommodation would be excellent.

We loved our time at Orchard cottage. Emma and Tim went above and beyond to welcome us, offer tips on good locations amd even offered to run us up to a local wine tasting. We were able to enjoy some "down time" relaxing in the beautiful garden, using the pool and reading in the hammock. And we also visited 4 local chateaux. We particularly enjoyed our day in Saumur. I highly recommend this venue for a fabulous experience of rural countryside and visits to some of the beautiful chateaux that the Loire region has to offer.

Elisabeth was very welcoming. The cottage is carefully furnished and equipped, everything is practical, accessible and charming. The bath towels are soft and the quilts are splendid. The garden is conducive to cooing, picking and hide and seek. The surroundings offer beautiful opportunities for bike rides, boat trips... in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. A very nice stay, in ideal conditions, from which you leave refreshed and invigorated!

What an amazing place! Lots of space, lush greenery and very well-maintained park. Beautiful stone buildings, authentic, Idyllic calm, near a superb mill accompanied by animals (birds, chevres, rabbits, sheep, guinea pig...) and activities (kayaking, trampoline, pétanque, foosball, billiards, table tennis, books...) . We had a wonderful stay, in the heart of nature. The owners are very discreet and attentive to the slightest need, very kind. The accommodation is very well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. Thanks again for a fabulous family stay that we will not forget!

Amanda and Robin were great hosts and the gite was gorgeous. We loved the quiet surroundings and a quick drive to a couple of great restaurants. Our 2 little dogs were made very welcome and enjoyed the secure garden. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Lovely stay, especially being invited to the tango evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse, at La Blatiere. If you want to be off the beaten track in a very pretty and relaxing location, this is ideal, whilst there are also plenty of places to visit within an hour or so. The pool was also a big plus, which we used every day. The roads are very quiet with no traffic. We visited local places and also had chilled days 'on site' so the pool, the bikes to borrow and the games room were fun additions to have. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. Our stay at Kathryn, Mark and Otis's was perfect. A magical, peaceful place where you can recharge and where you can feel at home. Extremely well-equipped, we were as good as at home. The amenities are complete. And the many activities offered were perfect, kayaking, boating, children's pool, fishing, picnic… and the environment is beautiful and very rejuvenating. A very big thank you to you for sharing this beautiful corner of paradise with our family. We'll be happy to go back.

The Domaine de Loups has been one of the most special places we have ever stayed. The estate and river valley are a hidden gem in the agricultural landscape. The owners are welcoming and generous and you have freedom to explore the entire estate including using the boat to travel up the river. We loved watching a family of six kestrels in nearby trees. The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Great for those who love the countryside. There are even a few chickens, a few cats and a beautiful dog. The hosts are welcoming and on the premises of another building next door. You feel safe and the landscape is embellished with beautiful flowers. 😀
