Fully equipped accommodation in the heart of the countryside, not overlooked. 1 hour from Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, La Rochelle. 20 minutes from the Marais Poitevin Ground floor: Fully-equipped kitchen 30 m² dining room, 30 m² living room, entrance, toilet 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 5 dorm 2-night minimum rental or 3 or 4 nights depending on the time of year (e.g., long weekends, summer)

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Small air-conditioned wooden house of 50 m2, bright, warm and fully equipped for tourist or professional stays. ⚠️ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, PLEASE RESPECT THIS!! You can enjoy the sun ☀️ on the terrace and the shade in its wooded garden 🌳 with the birdsong 🐦 to accompany your nap 😴 in the deckchairs or hammock. Our cottage has been carefully arranged to offer all the comforts you need for your stay. With spacious and bright areas, it can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. Every moment spent here is an invitation to disconnect and conviviality.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!
