For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The vacation home is located on a private property (the landlord's house is in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home) in a quietly located, small village near the small town of Bad Sülze. Bad Sülze has a highway connection (A20) about 6 km away and has all the facilities for daily needs (shopping, restaurant, doctor, hairdresser, etc.).

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The 30 sqm newly renovated apartment has a double bed with closet and secretary, a sofa, TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small table. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet/shower. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult with 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.

Here on the edge of the picturesque estate village of Dalwitz in the middle of the Mecklenburg Parkland, you have an unobstructed view of extensive horse paddocks, a pond and the manor house from your terrace. Right next door is the Parkland Goldsmith, a riding stable and a petting zoo. Everything is there for a relaxing country vacation!

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
