Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Vacation home Weinkeller 84

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

We welcome guests with children. You are also welcome to bring your dog! We are waiting for you right on the Mainschleife, very idyllic and yet central. A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km Our very curious, uncastrated, cuddly Golden Retriever, who lives with us in the rest of the house, is allowed to move freely in the garden and will often want to greet you happily! Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful countryside. On one side is the Main, within walking distance. Just as quickly you are in the vineyards, which you have a great view of from the apartment (2nd floor). In Dettelbach there is also a swimming lake, shopping, restaurants, a historic old town and much more. Würzburg or Volkach (on the Main loop) are only about 15 minutes away by car.

Our family dog (Golden Retriever) Isa is looking forward to nice guests.
