There are four apartments and two medical practices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.
