Great place! We just finished our week-long stay yesterday - the best recommendation is that we immediately book another week-long stay. A place worth sinning :)

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

The accommodation is super lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful area on a large private property. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. It was also great that we were allowed to take our dear dog with us! The only thing I would like to point out at this point is the fact that the hut has only one toilet and one bathroom, which can lead to a few waiting times depending on the number of travellers. However, it must also be mentioned that the spacious bathroom (separate toilet) is as good as new and had a pleasant feel-good character with the really large shower. We enjoyed the time in the cottage and found Katerina to be a perfect host who was very easy to reach and could answer our questions very well.

Our stay was very calm and relaxing. The house is very private and it contains all that you might need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was very clean and the beds comfortable to sleep in. There are shops nearby and nature behind every corner. Very much recommended!

An amazing location. Beautiful house. Very well maintained surroundings. The drive up to the house is well paved and easy to get to. Check-in was easy. Magda dropped by to welcome us and have us some tips. The house was spotless clean. There are a few hiking trails. But the view from the living room window is just amazing. Can sit there all day and just take in the sights. Highly recommend the place.

The beautiful house is in a great location – right next to a stream and there is a beautiful, large garden with a small bridge over the stream where you can directly enter the forest. There are several seating options outside and a fireplace and a huge conservatory with 2 levels where you can hear it splashing wonderfully in the rain. On the ground floor, the living/dining room and kitchen are connected, and on the first floor, there are 4 rooms. All really great and each with its own bathroom. We were 8 adults with 3 small children – that worked out great. Ludmilla was very friendly and helpful and her little dog accompanied us faithfully on excursions :). In addition, a huge basket of fresh strawberries was waiting for us as a greeting in the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful time in this very lovingly designed house!

We appreciated the projector the most - thanks to the bad weather we enjoyed a movie night with friends. It is also great that there was a sauna, swimming pool, cooling barrel, terrace and grill. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It's a pity that the pool is not heated – in colder weather it would be very pleasant. We were also surprised that the sauna is not included in the price of the stay and is paid separately. Maybe it would be better to include this amount in the price. However, the sauna was clean and very pleasant. Everything inside the cottage was fine and comfortable. We noticed minor inconveniences only with the dish sponge (there was hair on it) and with wet towels that moistened the sheets. But we solved these things and the overall impression was not significantly spoiled. Overall, I give it 8 out of 10. I recommend it for a quiet stay in nature – ideal for a group of friends. We were satisfied.

Perfect location to visit the stunningly beautiful Prachov Rocks

We spent an unforgettable time in the yurt and are still very enthusiastic. The surroundings were wonderfully quiet – just the thing to escape everyday life and simply switch off. You can only hear nature, no roads, no disturbing noises – pure relaxation. The entire complex is very well maintained, from the lovingly designed outdoor area to the small details around the yurt. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of heart and care. The yurt itself was spotlessly clean - that impressed us in particular. Everything you need was available, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The spa area was a real highlight. The combination of wellness, nature and tranquility overwhelmed us. A very big thank you also to Anna and Pawel - you were always quick to reach, helpful and warm. This made our stay even more enjoyable! ❤️

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

We were in the accommodation in the summer with a group of 17 people and had more than enough space. We received a detailed briefing from Marek. The surroundings are fantastic. The river directly by the house is picturesque and the sauna in the garden was excellent for the cool nights. The kitchen was super equipped and we could easily cook for 17 people. There were also more than enough sleeping places and bathrooms. Communication with Marek was always friendly and helpful (although we had the music a little too loud in the garden the first night and thus upset the neighbors - sorry again for that). We had a great time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-equipped and full of charm. We especially loved the beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The whole area is calm and quiet, ideal for unwinding. It's also ideal for families with children: there's a pool in the garden, a playground, a trampoline, a lake nearby, and plenty of space to run around and play. Highly recommended!

Pavla's cottage is super idyllic in the Isergebirge. It is a suitable starting point for beautiful hikes. But you can also feel comfortable in the house. Sauna, fireplace, barbecue area, pool, fireplace, everything there. The garden invites you to relax. After the sauna, you can cool off in the in-house bathing spot by the stream under a small waterfall. We had a wonderful weekend and were sad to have to leave again. You can definitely feel comfortable there for longer.😊

Staying in the caravan in Poniklá was something very special! In the middle of the countryside, secluded at the end of the small town with a view of the vastness, this accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, people with wanderlust and those in need of peace and quiet. The caravan is brand new and equipped with all amenities (electricity, insect net, hotplates, espresso maker, etc.), water can be fetched from the creek next door with large canisters, the large terrace, the hammock, the fireplace and the huge garden invite you to relax. There's even a trampoline. However, it is recommended to arrive by car in order to easily reach hiking and shopping destinations. Juliana was a wonderful host, from the flexible check-in to the invitation to use garden herbs, practical tips for the area to the always friendly accessibility, we simply felt very comfortable in her caravan. If we have the time, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful and spacious house with an idyllic view of the valley. The accommodation makes an even better impression in real life than in the photos. We were received very nicely in person. Hygiene was spotless. However, we were surprised by the surveillance cameras on and in the house. We have absolutely no problem with this, but the ad explicitly stated that there were no cameras. Nevertheless, maximum rating for a super relaxed weekend.

We had the most beautiful time. It’s such a lovely, carefully done place and one can see P and her husband are putting in a lot of love into the place. The appartment faces a a big green valley and we sighted many deers and birds 🦅 Was calm and peaceful and we would come again!

A wonderful tree house, especially the tranquility of the forest and the chirping of the birds. The house is modern, chic and yet cozy. The fact that another tree house is being built next door did not bother me, because the house is very well insulated, so no noise could be heard. Hearing the rain on the roof in the bedroom was a wonderful experience. In the surroundings, I could enjoy the forest and the view over the mountains. In the small town, you can shop without any problems and it is within walking distance. The forests and small rivers nearby are really beautiful. A great break and you don't have to do without anything. Great!

We had a very nice stay at this great house. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and as described. It is located directly on the main street, so it is easy to reach and find, yet it is quiet. Check-in went smoothly and the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the house.

Beautifully located on the upper outskirts, spacious property with a pretty house. A wonderful retreat with great views. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the incredibly beautiful surroundings. Possibilities for shopping and eating - we especially recommend the small private brewery - within walking distance, although uphill due to the location and much easier by car. A real stroke of luck.
