The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. You can relax immensely, but also head out to the trails of the Jizera Magistrale. In winter, they is the best place for cross-country skiing. In summer, you can explore the mountains by bike or on foot. It's no coincidence that Bedřichov is considered an ideal place for families with children. Here, both happily playing children and enthusiastic sports lovers will feel at home

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.
