The cabin is close to Rena alpine and there are great cross-country skiing opportunities outside the door. The slalom slope is open on weekends and cross country tracks are run on weekends. In summer: hiking in the forests and fields, hunting and fishing and Sorknes Golf. Swimming at Rena camping (city center) or in beautiful Osensjøen 40 min away. Clean downtown - cafes, shops, cinema, bowling- 1 mile Suitable for couples/families, child friendly.

Furutangen- cabin with all amenities

The cottage from 2013 all facilities. We have a big terrace with a fire pit that is at your disposal! Leisure residence is located in a established and pleasant cottage area of Furutangen, Nordre Osen, about 35 minutes west of Trysil. Great cross country trails in the immediate vicinity, where you slide into the porch in winter with the skis on your legs, from 50 km of trails. Super hiking conditions fall and summer! Furutangen ski center has 2 ski lifts and 5 slopes- open on weekends. There is also a children's hill for the youngest.

Cozy decorated and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer snowshoe tours and cross-country skiing instruction in winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Bring your family and friends to this great place along Glomma in Østerdalen. The property has shoreline and very good opportunities for both swimming, fishing, paddling by canoe or kayak. In addition, annex, gapahuk and sauna are available. Hot tub open from June-Oct. The cottage has three spacious bedrooms with 8 beds and the annex has 3 beds. The cabin has good standards with a new well-equipped kitchen and a cozy bathroom. Laundry room and additional toilet in the basement. Great patios w/ fire pans.

Short drive away shop that is open every day. 8 km to Alpine resort (Furutangen) and 40 min drive to Trysilfjellet. The cabin has to bedrooms with family bunk beds as well as a bedroom in the annex with bunk bed (a total of 6 beds inside and 2 in the annex). Wood-fired sauna and hot tub (not in use < -10 ）).

Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.
