It’s a new indipendent flat, with garden and free parking slot placed in a chill area, ideal for couples and families. It’s located 10km from venice, 15km from Treviso, 12km from the airport, 5 km from the train station, near to all the essential services within 50 to 200 meters from it (pizzeria, bus stop, supermarket, shopping centre, cafes). There are automated gates, Wi-Fi, two double rooms, single and double sofa-beds, equipped kitchen and bathroom. tourist tax not included in the price.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
