House holiday rentals in Deschutes River

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

10/10! Great location, peaceful and serene. Plenty for a couple of pre-teen boys to do, including pickleball, tennis, and bike riding. Great running and walking paths. We couldn't have asked for a better more affordable place for our family to feel at home while away from home!

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

We had a great time at Shay's place while skiing at Mt. Bachelor. There were even fresh flowers there when we arrived!

This was our third time staying here. The place is amazing and the views and the experience are unmatched.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

The cabin was the perfect place for us to rest and relax. It is very quiet and the sunroom was our favorite spot to be. Looking out into the pine forest was very peaceful. We had everything we needed. Katrina is a great communicator. The only difficulty we had was all the stairs (kitchen, living area upstairs and bathroom/bedrooms downstairs), but that is probably on me as I didn’t check for that when making the reservation. Even with the stairs, I would stay here again.

Great stay! As many have said - pictures don’t do it justice. Our destination for this trip was Smith Rock and it was further from Smith Rock than expected. That’s an issue with how Airbnb displays places on the map, not an issue with Jeff or the place. In the end I was glad I made this mistake because we enjoyed our stay so much!

Super cute cabin tucked away from road. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was so definitely a treat we enjoyed both mornings! Plenty of towels too! Highly recommend this cabin. We will definitely be back!! Very responsive hosts!

Had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub although an older model was fantastic. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Overflow parking in the cul-de-sac was a plus as well. Kitchen was well stocked even had some fun spices. I appreciated the washer and dryer along with laundry soap. Same model I have at home! Nice big screen TV with Roku. Open concept was really nice. Super easy check in check out was able to use barbecue grill with no issues as well. Plenty of ceiling fans with lots of airflow. The place does only have one very small bathroom. If you’re going with a larger group, it may be something to consider. Would stay again if in the area.

Dean's place was great! It had all the essentials and was very comfortable. Our family was very happy with the place all around. The disc's for disc golf were awesome we had a blast playing! The one thing I will mention in case anyone is looking for it is that the water pressure for the shower in the jack and jill bathroom was not thick hair friendly haha not a deal breaker, but thought I would mention. I also didn't use the other showers so not sure if they were better.

Donna is an incredibly gracious hostess. She met us upon arrival and even left delicious, freshly baked sweet almond bread and some basics in the fridge! The place is spacious, nicely decorated and had absolutely everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. The house is in an excellent location just a short 5 minute drive to the little town of Tumalo and also a short distance from both Bend and Sisters. Checking in felt like coming home. I hope we will get to see Donna again!

Alex’s space was great! Enjoyed the back yard. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was nice and central to our various game locations. Easy eating and grocery shopping nearby. I would recommend and would stay again!

Renee's Bend Cottage was a great Airbnb. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, coffee shops, a market, the Bend green way and downtown. Excellent value. Loved the use of the shed to store our bikes.

Prefect location as we wanted to split our time between Bend and Sunriver. House had everything we needed and LOVED the backyard, especially the bon fire area., Beds were also super comfortable. There was also a Walmart 10ish minutes away. Will definitely aim to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We enjoyed this stay with our dogs for a few nights. Easy to find, close to downtown area and private with little traffic driving by as well. We were the perfect distance for an easy bike ride or walk to a lot of restaurants, breweries and the Deschutes River (recommend floating the Deschutes if you haven’t!). Would also recommend Fat Tony’s pizza (literally down the street!) Overall, great house and great location for our needs. Would book again!

This little casita offers the perfect landing spot for hanging out in Bend, especially if you like to walk and eat. Easy access to the downtown river area and loads of fun eateries. Convenient market and other food options just a block away and more within a short distance with a pleasant walk through neighborhoods that offer fun architecture to look at. We were comfortable and enjoyed the uncluttered space with enough kitchen items for our needs and access to Netflix for binge watching! Christopher kept us apprised of what we needed to know and answered our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night for a concert at Hayden Homes, it was perfect for two couples! Two big bedrooms both with their own full sized en-suite bathrooms. Uber had a long wait to get out of the concert, we decided to walk back & it was easy! Would definitely stay here again.

About equal distance from LaPine and Bend, which was perfect for us. Nothing around but houses; store and gas were about a ten minute drive away. Very, very peaceful and quiet

I was the third time we were staying at Andrew's place, it's out favorite airbnb in Bend. The house is amazing, very clean and modern, well equipped and the location is great. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended

This was a great stay for a travel party of four coming in town for a concert at the Hayden Amphitheater! It was a 10 minute uber ride away, beautiful neighborhood to take a walk in and cozy home. Comfortable beds and common spaces for us to share conversations, play cards and watch sports.
