If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita is it. The apartment is a duplex with our home on the other side. There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

Beautiful apartment with many features of an old, historic home. Emily was very responsive to messages, and checking in and out was easy. Some reviewers mentioned the neighbors above are loud, but while I heard them occasionally, I wasn’t bothered. There are disposable earplugs for those who need them, which was a nice touch. Overall, very happy with my stay!

This apartment was perfect as we wanted to be close to the arena. As the description says, it is directly above a bar, so be prepared for noise until closing time on the weekends- the description is super clear about this, so we knew what we were in for, just want to reiterate! Location is super convenient and the instructions for getting in were really clear and helpful.

Such a great little anniversary getaway. It rained most of the night we stayed, but that just added to the enjoyment, listening to the gentle thunder and the rain on the tent top. Very nice place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice decorations and was very clean. Worked out great for our family of 6 to stay together instead of in separate hotel rooms. Located in west Wichita close to our planned activities. Had everything we needed for cooking meals and snacks. Would definitely rent it again on our next trip to Wichita.

We had an amazing experience at Amanda’s place this past weekend! We were celebrating my mother’s 50th birthday, and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time at the pond, using the paddle boards, and playing on the pickleball courts. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet still conveniently close to Wichita for anything we needed.
